Helping Older Adults Age in Place
Helping Older Adults Age in Place
The Still Me Foundation helps remove financial barriers for qualifying low-income older adults in Natrona County, Wyoming, providing better access to health care needs, supportive services, and connection with the community.
Mission Snapshot
The Still Me Foundation provides recipient grant awards to qualifying older adults age 50 and older with physical or cognitive limitations who are low-income, uninsured, or underinsured. Our goal is to help older adults remain safely at home, maintain independence, and avoid unnecessary decline.
“Supporting dignity, independence, and connection.”
Why It Matters
Financial barriers can cause basic health care needs to go unmet. For older adults with physical or cognitive limitations, those unmet needs can contribute to isolation, falls, poor nutrition, depression, caregiver stress, and premature placement in long-term care.
The Still Me Foundation exists to help interrupt that cycle.
