Still Me Foundation provides recipient grant awards to qualifying older adults in Natrona County, Wyoming. Assistance is intended to help remove financial barriers to essential care, supportive services, and basic health needs that support independence, dignity, safety, and the ability to age in place.

To apply for assistance, please download and complete the digital PDF Grant Application. Applicants may also download the 2026 Sliding Fee Scale to better understand income-based eligibility and potential assistance levels. Once completed, applications may be emailed to: operations@stillmefoundation.org
Applicants may qualify for support if they:
Are 50 years of age or older
Live in Natrona County, Wyoming
Live at home or with a caregiver
Have physical or cognitive limitations, including conditions related to the normal aging process
Are low-income
Are uninsured or underinsured
Have income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
Qualification Guidelines
What Support May Cover
Vision Care: Exams and eyeglasses
Hearing Care: Exams and hearing aids
Dental Care: Exams, x-rays, restorative care, partials, and dentures
Transportation: Medical appointments, pharmacies, grocery shopping, and church
Durable Medical Equipment: Mobility devices such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs
Adult Day Center Services: Memberships at licensed care facilities

Still Me Foundation will review the application based on eligibility, documented need, available funding, and foundation guidelines.
